STEIGERWALD CATHERINE M. Age 90, of Hollywood, FL, formerly of Avalon, on March 6, 2015. Catherine M. Steigerwald, wife of the late George M. Steigerwald; dear mother of Kathleen J. Pollacci (the late "Chuck"), Bonnie Marshall (James) and the late George R. Steigerwald (Rita); sister of the late Clarence Barton, Eleanora Phillips and Robert Barton; also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Friends received Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the McDONALD-LINN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 529 California Ave., Avalon, where services will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. Mrs. Steigerwald was a longtime member in the American Legion Auxiliary and a volunteer of the American Legion North Boroughs, Post 116 and served as a Lt.
