
HANUS ROBERT J. BOBBY Age 54, of Cochranton, formerly of Springdale, passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2014, in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. He was born on September 5, 1959, in Pittsburgh to his parents the late John and Joann Ryan Hanus and had resided in Springdale for many years before moving to Cochranton. Bobby was of the Catholic faith and always had a story to tell that made him so special. He belonged to the Station 4 Fireman's Club in Cochranton. Among his interests were gardening, hunting, fishing, golfing and playing the drums. Bobby enjoyed wood carving where he would make walking canes with intricate detail, but most of all he appreciated his farm and all the animals he had on it. He was most happy when he was sitting on his tractor working on his farm. Bobby will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Survivors are loving wife, Marcie McCann Hanus; dear brother, Danny Hanus of Indianola; many loving nieces and nephews; as well as aunts, uncles and cousins. Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by his father, Ronald J. Adams and two brothers, Jack and Rickie Hanus. Friends will be received Monday from 2-8 p.m. in THE CHARLES B.
