WILLIAMS JEANNINE (CUTLIP) 83 years old, went home to be with God on Saturday, March 29, 2014. Jean was born July 15, 1930. Jean was preceded in death by her parents, Dock and Flossie Cutlip of Webster Springs; sister, Margaret O'Neil Cutlip of St. Albans, WV; grandson, Jason Gill of St. Albans, WV. She graduated from Webster Springs High School in 1948. Jean married Thomas C. Williams and resided in North Hills of Pittsburgh, PA for 61 years. Jean was the mother of three daughters, Vicki Laughlin of St. Albans, WV, Elizabeth "Bunny" Pohlman of Pittsburgh, PA, and Barbara (Carl) Kaplin of Slippery Rock, PA. Her grandchildren are Kathryn (BJ) Laughlin Smith of St. Albans, WV, Thomas C. Kaplin, Melissa Kaplin, and Melanie Kaplin of Slippery Rock, PA. Jean was blessed with two great- granddaughters, Lilly Jayson O'Neil Smith of St. Albans, WV and Aubrey Layne Kaplin of Slippery Rock, PA. Our mother never met a stranger.
