SCOTT KIMBERLY A. KAY Age 54, of Pittsburgh, PA, died Tuesday, March 18, 2014, at Mercy Hospital. Kim was born August 6, 1959, daughter of Diane Carol Lind Horn of Oak Hill, WV and William (Elizabeth) Dunlap of Punta Gorda, FL. She was a self employed hairdresser in Pittsburgh, the name of her shop was Shear Ego, graduate of Shadyside High School and Wheeling Beauty College. She was Protestant by faith. In addition to her mother and father, she is survived by her brother, Terry (Gloria) Dunlap of Moundsville, WV; half brother, Christopher Ian Horn of Oak Hill, WV; and a niece, Allision Ruleman.
