WALLER JOSEPH L., Sr. The final chapter in the earthly life of Joseph L. Waller, Sr., at the age of 100, was written on Feb. 11, 2014. Beloved husband of Hazel Waller; devoted father of Joe Louie (Lois) Waller; grandfather of six; great- grandfather of nine; and brother- in-law of Dorothy Marhiney. Joseph is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
