SMITH JOSEPH HENRY Age 91, of Oakland, went home to be with the Lord on January 24, 2014. Beloved husband of Alberta Smith Sweets; father of Brenda Smith Vaughn, Melanie Smith-Rhodes, and the late Sharon Smith Miller; brother of Mary Morris, Louise Tate, Harriet Turner, Patricia Kelly, and the late Ada Cobbs, Earline Burleigh, Irvin Smith, Jr. (surviving Williemae); also survived by five grandchildren; ten great- grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, Feb. 3, 2014, in the Calvary Baptist Church, 2629 Wylie Ave., Pgh., PA 15219.
