McCOY MARGARET JUSTINE TINE (BELL) 74, originally from Reidsville, NC, and later Pittsburgh, PA, passed peacefully from vascular dementia at 7:10 Thursday morning, December 12, 2013 in Avondale, Arizona. She was preceded by her husband, the late O'Neal Guy McCoy of Pittsburgh.
